Turnaround times will vary for each commercial appraisal assignment, however we are generally able to deliver a completed appraisal for a commercial assignment within 7 to 14 days. Our commercial appraisal services include: Form reports completed on form 71A and 71B for multi family housing. The Uniform Commercial Industrial Appraisal Report form for small commercial properties. Summary Narrative Reports in complete and restricted formats and Self Contained Narrative Reports. Fees for commercial appraisal assignments are quoted per each assignment.
