Commercial Fees

Commercial appraisal fees are quoted per assignment and vary for each assignment.  The factors that effect the appraisal fee include the scope of work, type of property, size of property, tenant mix, location as well as the report format requested. 

We have provided as a point of reference a sampling of previous assignments and the appraisal fee for each assignment.
