48 Hour Appraisal began in 1998 under the name Citywide Appraisal.  At that time our primary focus was residential appraisals and some small commercial appraisal assignments in the Metro Area.  As the company built a business model that focused on producing quality appraisal reports in a timely manner our name was changed to 48 Hour appraisal to better describe our company. 

Realizing that our clients needed quality appraisals delivered in a timely manner we took on the challenge of finding way to improve our turnaround time without compromising the quality of each appraisal.  We have since incorporated several technologies that have streamlined the appraisal process.  Our appraisers use the Sony Picture Book laptop computer during property inspection, completing much of the completed appraisal report at the time of inspection.  This technology has improved the quality of each appraisal report and reduced the turnaround time for each assignment.  Through this and other technology we have reduced turnaround time and improved the quality of our appraisal reports.

We continue to invest in new technology, better data sources and the latest production management techniques to remain on the leading edge of the appraisal industry.
